Andres Rios is an internationally recognized Personal Trainer with over 10 years of experience in Amsterdam. Over the past few years, he has pursued various certifications in nutrition, training, (lifestyle) coaching, and fitness training for oncology patients.

He specializes in body composition (building muscle and losing fat), burnout prevention, and boosting energy levels.

Andres is known for his cheerful, personalized guidance and attention to individual goals and needs. In addition to his passion for Personal Training, he spends a lot of time with his dog, Charlie.

My passion for sports and health, both mental and physical, was born from experiencing the other side of the coin. Unhealthy eating and lifestyle habits, little to no exercise, and a journey from being underweight to overweight—I’ve been through it all. In short, I know the pitfalls from personal experience.

I took on the physical and mental battle with myself, and with the necessary knowledge, discipline, and persistence, I successfully transformed into who I am today. I am now a versatile and passionate Personal Trainer, eager to share the knowledge and experiences I’ve gained to help you on your journey.

From a young age, I've been deeply connected to sports and physical activity. As a child, I was passionate about Tae-Kwon-Do and boxing.

At 15, I went to a gym for the first time with a good friend, and I immediately caught the strength training bug. During this period, I read everything I could about strength, muscle growth, and the related nutrition. It fascinated me to see what you can achieve with the human body through proper training and nutrition.

This was also the time when I started encouraging a few friends to join me at the gym. This is where my passion for guiding people through strength training began.

In addition to earning the necessary Fitvak-A diploma, I have obtained several diplomas and certifications and completed various courses, such as Licensed Sport Fasting Coach, Orthomolecular Nutrition Advisor, and more. I am now also a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach.

I believe it is very important to continue developing myself constantly.

Hi, I'm Nienke, a sports enthusiast from a young age and a former elite athlete in the 1500-meter run.

After a period where sports and health took a backseat, I rediscovered the joy of movement through fitness. This not only made me physically stronger but also provided valuable support during and after my pregnancy.

I believe that everyone has the potential to grow. Finding and maintaining a rhythm can be challenging, but there's immense satisfaction in fully committing to something.

In my training sessions, I emphasize proper form, ample challenge, and enjoyment in movement. Together, we'll work towards a stronger body and greater mental resilience, with nutrition playing a key role as well. Step by step, we'll achieve the goals we've set!
