Yin Yoga

An accessible, calm, and meditative yoga class, Yin Yoga is developed as a counterpart to 'Yang' yoga forms. Poses are held for an extended period (5 minutes) in as complete relaxation as possible. This allows the poses to work on your joints and connective tissues. A class that can be experienced for relaxation and also has effects on your body and mind.
