Body Power
At Body Power, we focus on increasing your strength and endurance. A series of exercises are repeated using dumbbells and barbells with weights. The weights are personalized, making this workout effective for both beginners and experienced trainers.

Critical Alignment Yoga
This yoga form restores the balance between two muscle groups (movement muscles and postural muscles). The focus is on relaxing the movement muscles and developing more strength and coordination in the postural muscles. A delightful class where you'll experience more connection in your body and with yourself.


Yin Yoga
An accessible, calm, and meditative yoga class, Yin Yoga is developed as a counterpart to 'Yang' yoga forms. Poses are held for an extended period (5 minutes) in as complete relaxation as possible. This allows the poses to work on your joints and connective tissues. A class that can be experienced for relaxation and also has effects on your body and mind.
