Critical Alignment Yoga

Yin Yoga

Postures are held for longer periods of time (around 5 minutes) in as much relaxation as possible. This allows the poses to work deeply into your joints and connective tissue. A class that can be experienced as restorative while also positively influencing both your body and mind.

Flow yoga classes are usually a mix of meditation, breathwork, and energetic movement. They typically begin with gentle motions to warm up the body, then progress into increasingly challenging flowing sequences. These may include standing postures, balances, inversions, and peak poses.

Critical Alignment Yoga

In this form of yoga, the balance between two muscle groups (movement muscles and postural muscles) is restored. The focus is placed on relaxing the movement muscles while developing more strength and coordination in the postural muscles. A wonderful class in which you’ll experience greater connection within your body and with yourself.
